Account information: Email address and display name when you create an account via email or Google Sign-In.
Photos and images: Images you choose to upload for video generation. These are transmitted to our servers solely to generate your requested content and are not stored beyond the generation process.
Purchase information: Transaction records processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store payment card details.
Usage data: Token balance, generation history, and subscription status stored in Firebase to provide the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Havoc AI service
To process purchases and credit tokens to your account
To authenticate your account and maintain your session
To improve the app and troubleshoot issues

3. Third-Party Services

Havoc AI uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Generated media files are stored temporarily in Firebase Storage and may be deleted after a period of inactivity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

5. Children's Privacy

Havoc AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
