By downloading or using Havoc AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Havoc AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Havoc AI is a mobile application that uses AI technology to generate videos and images from user-provided photos. The service requires an active subscription or token balance to generate content.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscription: The Monthly Pro subscription automatically renews each month at the stated price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Token Packs: One-time purchases of token packs are non-refundable. Tokens do not expire and carry over indefinitely.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renewals are charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Havoc AI to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
Upload images of individuals without their consent
Harass, bully, or intimidate others using generated content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent the application's security
Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Havoc AI application and its original content are the exclusive property of Havoc AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may be imperfect or unpredictable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
